Part Time Customer Service Associate (24184)

The Customer Service Associate will perform activities in accordance with company standards to ensure excellent customer service, safety, on-time performance, cleanliness of terminal and buses, and provide pleasant experiences. 

This position will rotate working between Dorval (Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport) and downtown Montreal (Gare d’autocars de Montreal). 


  • Assists & informs passengers on delays/updates, follows core standards
  • Ensure all lost luggage is properly tracked & expedited
  • Complete reports pertaining to operational requirements
  • Complete US OTP reports, US/CAN morning  bus inventory & US spare tracking report
  • Loads and unloads baggage (up to 75lbs), ensures luggage is tagged
  • Assist driver’s with passenger tickets, implementation of luggage policies (excess & overweight)
  • Liaison with US/CAN dispatch for passenger flow and other operational issues
  • Assist with bus back-ups
  • Ensures cleanliness at the workplace, answers the phone & other duties as assigned


  • Post-secondary education considered an asset 


  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • Ability to handle packages/bags weighing up to 75lbs
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge and math skills
  • Must be bilingual (French & English)


  • Office/terminal/airport environment
  • Rotation schedule – morning and evening shifts
